If you need to return a product . . .

Sometimes it becomes necessary to return a purchase. If you are faced with this situation, contact us first to receive your Return Authorization Number - either send an email to: returns@yourpersonalcomfort.com, or phone us at: 610-828-2341. Make sure that you include your order number, along with both an email address and a daytime phone number when you contact us. We will then respond with complete return instructions. Do not simply return a purchase to the warehouse, it will not be accepted. A separate return address will be provided with the directions.

There are a few guidelines to keep in mind when returning a purchase:

  • returns may occur only within 25 days of the original purchase
  • because of health regulations, we cannot accept the return of any opened, used or partial cases, or any opened, used or partial packages.
  • products must be returned in their original packaging with all materials included
  • all products must be returned in salable condition - use only a shipping label on the original outside carton, do not write or mark any of the inside cases or packages
  • if an item is returned in non-salable condition, it may be necessary to refuse to issue a credit; "non-salable condition" includes open or partial contents, damaged inside packaging, packaging which is not original, or any writing or marking of the products or their packaging
  • shipping charges are non-refundable
  • use the US Postal Service, United Parcel Service or Federal Express for the return shipment so that you can receive a tracking number - yourpersonalcomfort.com is not liable for items damaged or lost when returned
  • return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • a standard 15% restocking fee will apply to all merchandise which is returned
Don't overlook the opportunity to purchase sample quantities which are available for most of the products which we offer. Often, this can eliminate disappointment and the desire to return a product later on.

If you received an incorrect order or damaged product . . .

Problems can occur, despite our best efforts.

However, if the order which you received is incorrect, we will make every effort to correct the
situation in an efficient manner. Make sure to contact us as soon as possible; email us at returns@yourpersonalcomfort.com, or phone us at 610-828-2341. Include your order number, as well as your email add
ress and daytime phone number.

If you receive a delivery which has obviously sustained damage (more than a dented carton), contact the carrier immediately, refuse to accept the package and request that it be returned to the sender. A damage claim will need to be filed with the carrier within 3 days of receipt. Then contact us at the email address or phone number noted above.
